"Dare to go where others fear"I thought about posting this topic on Friday, but didn't think people would be responsive to the idea.

I've had 3 PM companies manage my properties, and none of them would dare hire anyone to fix anything without asking me first. 

Here in San Francisco, we don’t dare try anything like that with residential tenants.

Dare county on the Outer Banks has now closed the county to everyone but residents.

In addition to the Outer Banks (Dare County) banning short-term rentals, they are also preventing non-resident property owners from going to your property in Dare County. 

Keep in mind the average person only buys/sells a total of 3-4 houses in their LIFETIME, and on top of that 80%+ do so using the traditional approach of buying retail off the MLS and having real estate agents hold their hands thru every step of the process.You, my friend, are a Wild West cowboy finding opportunity where others dare not tread. 

They follow the sheep's butt in front of themIf you are the only one that dares to be different, and actually think.

All other quads in s/d are in some spectrum of disrepair (no HOA).

And if anyone dare speak out about it they are attacked savagely.
