There are several duplexes out there for sale and if you do it right, it can be financially beneficial for you.  

The LLC can then manage the property.

It would help if you describe the tasks you want accomplished, then we can address how we handle those responsibilities.

@Brittney Yang surprisingly I have found that I can have glue down LVP installed by a local flooring company, we use Artisent Floors, https://artisentfloors.com/, for our local renovations and they are awesome and they can do it for less than what I can buy the product for at Lowes or HD even with my 10% military discount! 

You can ask piliminary questions to see if an applicant is worth your time too if you don't want applicants always filling out an application before a tour.
