Hey there,     I'm a newbie investor and while getting my first mortgage, the rep, from one of the big banks, included a life/disabililty insurance policy that already had my health questions all answered (all "no"s which was actually untrue making the policy void anyway I believe) and already factored into my monthly mortgage cost.    

I'll look for things such as fair housing no nos, poor quality photos, lack of a website, subject lines such as 4 bed room house for rent instead of spacious home for rent in x neighborhood.

The 6 denotes that you can build a unit for every 6000 SF of lot, and since there is no S that unit can be an attached duplex/HPR. 

I've been taught in all the guru classes that you keep going until you get three NOs.

If you are getting straight up "nos" it may be because you are looking for a specific loan type.
