The A denotes unique and specific setbacks where they are trying to create a true building line - think Germantown sidewalks. It is one of the few steps Nashville is taking toward updating zoning laws into the 1990s.

The 6 denotes that you can build a unit for every 6000 SF of lot, and since there is no S that unit can be an attached duplex/HPR.

*Districts labeled -A are alternative zoning districts which require building placement and bulk standards designed to create walkable neighborhoods. Uses and density are identical to their companion districts.
