My issue with the training courses is that the content is very dated (some clips go back as far as 2008) and superficial in depth.

This was a conference for mostly private equity firms that raise money for and invest in large multi-family deals, and truthfully I felt a little out of my depth.

They’ll do in-depth analysis with pro forma statements projected out 20 years.
