Otherwise over time it could loosen and the tile will pop off.

What am I saying to you is simply loosen up the purse strings mixed with sound decision making when it comes to education.So what price tag are you willing to place on your success?

Yeah after getting my first few done I feel that most HML will loosen up.

I am seeing loosening of credit standards on commercial loans, just like 10 years ago and that concerns me.  

If that doesn't work, then they'd loosen up the search radius (may go out to 2 miles, or even 5 miles if necessary), or the timing (maybe look back 9 months, or a year, for sold properties).  

Many lenders are loosening up a bit which is making it easier to purchase and days on market is being to shrink, prices are being bid up severely.

So either loosen the reigns a bit or loose a good investor.

The old handles people tend to over loosen or tighten as they do not know if it is fully open or closed etc.
