(not complaining, RE has been very good to me)   So if you are rich already, experienced in RE,  can throw money at problems like lightening to keep the boat on plane at all times, you can make a VERY good  argument for getting on the leverage fast-track to hit warp speed and blow past everyone in the game.  

Now...of course..lighten it up..but you get the point. 

I do feel like this will be the last time it’s this affordable 😅 as properties are moving lightening speed.

I own a number of vacation rentals and am contemplating lightening my load. 

I'd have lightened up the baseboards and window trim. 

Suppose lightening hits the house and causes a fire. 

They could fund like lightening and have the greatest terms, so it's important you know what each lender wants.

I explained everything although he was still not happy, his disposition did lighten up a little bit.

You'll have to put up with some cheesy humor from @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner , but it helps to lighten the more serious content.

I have painted several rooms with paneling and white trim really lightens up the bedrooms.
