Possibly; but there's nothing out there from recent years associating it with any actual increased risk. 

In practical terms, even if developers have more capital thanks to lower taxes, the increased costs for materials might force them to rethink project feasibility, adjust pricing strategies, or even delay or cancel projects altogether.

By shifting all that money, we were investing in our retirement accounts to real estate it has significantly increased the speed at which we are growing.

The city is working on getting a a ferry to NYC which should increase rent / appreciation.

This may be expensive and not worth it but having it legally split, may also increase value. 

Through renovations of the apartment units and recently executing a lease for the restaurant space, by the fall my rent roll will be increased to $29,600.00, My total costs will be $2.85M, and anticipate stabilized valuation to be $4M and is a true trophy property I will own with my capital partners for years to come. 

But just like a lot of things, what is increasing here, could be decreasing in a few cities over.
