You should take a job for the education and not the money.

I'm 38 years old with a background in corporate finance, and recently moved to Portugal for a job opportunity in the cleantech space, and have decided I am going to get into the RE investment space.

I also probably wasn't as educated as I should have made myself, so I'm sure there were decisions that could have been handled better.Part of the reason I wasn't willing to deal with the hassles was because I had 3 young kids.
