One had a cracked heat exchanger, and another was old and rusted, so I replaced those with new Goodman furnaces.One thing I've noticed about water heaters is that the electric ignition used on the lowe's and HD models seem to fail often.

@Eric Lerman I dont know how they structure it over there but here it is a 55$ montly fee, 75$ each transaction, the rest of the fees are optional.The reason I went to KW, I was at Remax, was paying ton of money each month and getting nothing, limited help, limited education.At KW, there is a class called Ignite which is free, 12 sessions, eaxh oh them is free, also a contraracts class  3 times each month.
