Longtime lurker, first time poster

Hey BP community.  I'm jumping out here with my first post!  I've been lurking around, learning, reading the books and consuming podcasts like crazy trying to increase my knowledge here ready to jump off and start finding some deals.  I thought I'd introduce myself here. I'm in the Atlanta area, looking to do my first deals on some multifamily properties, with a goal toward replacing my income with cash flowing properties so I can do investing full time!

I super excited to be a part of this community and so glad to find such a great place to learn and trade ideas and not just feel like someone is trying to take my money!  I'm excited to learn and hopefully help others along the way as I learn!
