Newbie RE Agent/Investor looking for a broker in Philadelphia, PA

Hi all!

I'm just about to take the national and state exam to obtain my PA real estate license and wanted to start getting recommendations on good brokers to get affiliated with in the Philadelphia area. Does anyone have suggestions of a broker that allowed them to hang their license for a nominal fee? My intention is to only use the real estate license for my own personal use, as a RE investor.

Thanks in advance!

@Eric Lerman I dont know how they structure it over there but here it is a 55$ montly fee, 75$ each transaction, the rest of the fees are optional.

The reason I went to KW, I was at Remax, was paying ton of money each month and getting nothing, limited help, limited education.

At KW, there is a class called Ignite which is free, 12 sessions, eaxh oh them is free, also a contraracts class  3 times each month. Also, people are helpful at the office, they tell you strategies how to be better at being REA. I wasn't really interested in being an agent for others, more I learned more I changed my mind towards it.

Hope this helps

Good Luck!!!
