Yes one had a mortgage, but I was still happier and better off.

That’s fine but how big is the gain?

I use Facebook marketplace as my way of marketing my rentals.

In my initial contact the first deal representative she  mentioned it’s because I am not looking off market.

Also we are scheduling some consultation with lenders. what are the questions to ask the lender and also how to choose a good lender for investment properties moving forward ?

@Malcolm Brown it is great that you are thinking of the money to fund the deals you are going to get started with but understanding what a deal is, I think, should be the starting point.
