Working dogs, by the way, are expected to be well behaved and well groomed.

I could use a full time cold caller and would be happy to groom them if they are willing to learn the ropes.

Per our lease agreement, that  you are responsible for maintaining the yard and keeping it well groomed, you will need to cut the grass within 5 days and make sure the yard is  clean and neat.

For 1000, I can get 3 suits, ties, shirts and 2 pair of dress shoes.Dress to impress can be as simple as dressing neatly, cleanly, being well groomed and putting your best sincere foot forward.  

Rather than an oily, stinky coat she has hair similar to a human.She is bathed & groomed regularly.She is on a preventative to stop potential issues with fleas, etc.She is not a barker.

I would also groom, and train him how I want him to do it.I looked into hiring a property manager, but it seems the only thing the property managers from around that area specialize in is vacation rentals (Myrtle Beach).
