@Maya TorresHey MayaHate to say this but you're both losers in going this route (you and the sellers) if you pursue legal remedy here.My advice would be to learn from it, don't pay retail contractor prices for their work, and get ready to roll up your sleeves, be resourceful, and fix the issue!

My strategy right now is to reach out to many realtors and have them look for me, I also have one or two property managers up my sleeve, trying to stay optimistic but can be discouraging..
