Best place to find BRRRR deals?

Does 120k all in sound doable?

My strategy right now is to reach out to many realtors and have them look for me, I also have one or two property managers up my sleeve, trying to stay optimistic but can be discouraging.. Thankfully I have this community to lean on, best of luck to all of you and thanks for reading.

    @Charles Holder

    There are definitely deals available in that price range. It would be a good idea to connect with wholesalers in your area. This is how the majority of my clients are finding their deals. You also may want to market directly to distressed sellers via hand written letters, post cards, door knocking, etc. Feel free to DM me if you need any recommendations.
