I guess it's smart to wait a month and see what happens after the Corona Virus blows over. 

Even those of us who are relatively young and healthy, and therefore presumably unlikely to be severely affected by this virus, still have a societal duty to avoid spreading it to those who are more susceptible.

Perhaps working out a bit of extra time to pay rent is realistic due to circumstances though asking for a reduction in rent is nonsense as lenders won't be reducing mortgage payments nor will tradesmen be lowering their prices due to the Corona Virus. 

Some lenders decided to stop when the virus, others did not.

This month we are good, but according to the CDC estimates that this virus will rapidly escalate over the next few weeks and possibly peak in 45 days.

And by the time we are ready to go vertical in May the virus has pretty much run its course..

Person to person contact is not the only way the virus spreads; most people pick up the virus off objects and surfaces, like counters, doorknobs, light switches.

I'm trying to predict how this will play out if we get past the amicable stage in an environment of this flu thingie.
