My deal is delayed because of Corona

This is my longest closing ever. It’s suppose to be closed back in February. Now it’s delayed because I am waiting for the owners that LIVE in France to send some papers over which they need to get sign at the US embassy.

No word as of yet if they were able to make it to the embassy. I have already wired my deposit to the title company last week.

Anyone had there deal postponed or delayed because of the virus?
