I'm essentially earning more as an independent contractor than I ever did as an enterprise employee, but because I can't file my taxes for 2021 yet, then only my 2019 and 2020 income will be considered making me unqualified, despite an 851 credit score and no debt other than current mortgage of 150k.

I believe our credit union has a $20M cap so eventually we'll need to establish a relationship with another bank but I know Enterprise Bank (larger regional bank in our area) has a $100M cap per borrowing entity.

Hi, I'm seriously looking to became a property Investor, with small flats or condos, basicly fix them and flip them with a quick return.I am trying to find funds in order to finance this enterprise, willing to select one by one property and sell, then move on to next one.My question is anybody in the community could suggest the best option for financing these quick investments?
