I find that it's almost a one stop shop in that I can use it for my business checking and savings accounts, bookkeeping, for rent collection, I can issue virtual credit card, I can create all the financial reports I need to run my real estate business and prepare for tax filing and through their partners I can vet my tenants, develop state-specific leases and more.

It depends.On the property, the location, purchase price, demand in the location etc.Yes you can make it work but you must do your do diligence and run the numbers.

Everything comes with a risk but I want to hear everyone's opinions for both states in the long run, thanks in advance It really depends on your style and goals and type of investing.I invest in multiple states and there can be some substantial differences.First decide if you want to do Flips, Long Term Rentals, Short Term Rentals, Shared Housing, Multi Family, Land, Tax Deeds, REITs, Syndication, Commercial and then decide.

I'll be 45 next month.option A) Kiyosaki Model: Don't sell and run either long term or short term rentals through it for a year to show income on the property than pull a $300k mortgage on it to build another house in the same neighborhood... repeatoption B)  Ramsey Model, Sell it for $600k.
