One of the policies we saw had the breed exclusion that said something like... the breed exclusion applies if the dog breed is declared a dangerous breed in that city, state, etc or any surrounding municipality.Literally the city next to the one in question has a dog breed ban that they don't really enforce but as far as I'm concerned would open the door to a dog bite liability claim being denied.

What my accountant did is, she declared most of these as Capital Expenditures, then she turned around and depreciated them in one year per the 2017 tax cuts and jobs act.

@Denise Evans I have a question ...If a person files Chapter 13 bankruptcy with primary (homestead) house involved ..later surrenders house to the bank...the bank is now setting up foreclosure sale at court house steps..does this person still have right of redemption?
