It has a messaging feature, customizable applications, you can sign a lease through them, and a better interface.

As @Nathan G.said, most brokerages have a plug and play option which is a great way to get started and they are customizable within a small range.

@JD Martin the forms actually come in PDF and Word format, so they are fully customizable.

I think the fund of funds model and especially customizable funds provide the best option but would welcome a discussion and other opinions.

Customizable funds like the ones provided by avestor provide the best features of syndications and funds  you can still raise money one deal at a time but get all the benefits of a fund

It is a nightmare to change software and you ALWAYS lose data:(We also use Propertyware, which is extremely customizable.

It is very powerful and customizable and make it a breeze to turn in my numbers to my CPA at the end of the year. 

I use all the time for flips and holds, very customizable.
