and for sure I would think BP charges sponsors to advertise on the forum just like they charge to advertise on this forumthey are having some sort of event and the guest I saw were Brian Burke ( top shelf ) and Jeremy Roll ( another wickedly smart dude)  compared to the guru trainers who I really dont know much are anything about so cant comment on them. 

Locally some investors say that Niagara county is actually a little more landlord friendly than Erie, but I do not have experience in both counties so I can't comment on that.

Any constructive advice would be much appreciated.There is a knowledgeable real estate attorney in your area commenting in this thread.

I appreciate your comment that the point where I will need to take action and jump in is unique to every investor. 

I constantly get great reviews often comments of how clean the cabin is.
