I hired a surveyor,  engineer and ran through the process with the city myself. 

You can also seek projects through licensed Portals that are using Title III and can accept money from non-accredited investors. 

I am unsure if I could purchase a property through an LLC/SL based in Spain and what would be the taxation using this system.

i found in my build projects that started just before and continued through the pandemic prices rose. everything but lumber became sticky IE they rose but did not fall..
