The attendees range from the old salts to the newest of the new.

There a several that I frequent and I find them to be quite informative and the fellow attendees are friendly and helpful.

I will say that many of the attendees can be newer to real estate and may not have much knowledge or connections to help you in the short term.

Some bigger groups/associations, like REAPS and REIA, don't have most of their memberships and attendees on meetup; they have their own website where members register (and they have 1500+ members combined).I also host meetups every month as well, but it's more of a lunch & networking meetup (since I don't find value in doing another evening meetup). 

I hope the attendees do the same thing at mine.

As I mentioned to you already, Jon Holdman, I did announce to the attendees that you had a loss in the family.

It will probably be well attended, it will have a speaker dealing with pest control, and there will time for questions from the attendees. 

As of right now there are 12 attendees.

I did enjoy watching it.What I have taken away from online reviews is that he, like many other guru's brings attendees into their shows promising riches only to pull the bait and switch and get them on the hook for much higher packages using high pressure sales tactics. 

At our monthly events we host panels, round-tables, and guest speakers who are experts in their fields, providing insightful and current information for attendees.
