Dave Del Dotto got seriously rich and bought wineries in the Napa Valley one of them was 500 feet from my personal house I used to take friends in there end of the day for a tasting and he would regale us with his experiences.No question the FTC has come down hard on all the seminar guys Not sure who is still operating but I know some are as there are still turnkey operators who get funneled leads from these companies..

the AVERAGE investor at least were we live would be far better buying in a area that has historic appreciation and take a break even or a little negative than buying to make a few hundred a month but the house never really goes anywhere in valueUNLESS your doing what you guys do and buy MF  and you buying 100 to 200 doors at a wac  that's apples and Oranges and you guys make your big money when you sell.. just like friends of mine that own Wineries they lose money every year 10 years down the line some next rich guy buys them out and they make 10 million on the exit..
