Water damage is beyond normal wear and tear on an oven and someone has to pay to replace it and fact of the matter is our client had a fully functioning oven before the tenants moved in.I love real estate but I hope everyone is well aware that not everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows.

The Heights are areas we've considered, but I think Euclid is too far north since we'll be based out of Hudson-Aurora area.We are really excited for the move, San Diego is getting way too expensive, sunshine tax I guess!
