The apparition is from the sun shining through the front door.

We come from a very rainy place so we're looking for sunshine and warm weather (even year-round warm weather!). 

What happened to my trademark of the sun shining  through the storming clouds, I thought that said more than my face could.....besides, I can go clubbing without being recognized...LOL

Water damage is beyond normal wear and tear on an oven and someone has to pay to replace it and fact of the matter is our client had a fully functioning oven before the tenants moved in.I love real estate but I hope everyone is well aware that not everything is going to be sunshine and rainbows.

The Heights are areas we've considered, but I think Euclid is too far north since we'll be based out of Hudson-Aurora area.We are really excited for the move, San Diego is getting way too expensive, sunshine tax I guess!
