Built in 59 , yes there will be some settlement , I have a couple houses that arent level inside , but they are fine and are rented .

This matter has been fully settled 100% with an ex-tenant MacKenzie Mae that was renting, but I was told she can’t post here, by her, because bigger pockets has now actually banned her from the site...therfore I’m posting this notice of settlement and confirmation that this matter is completely and 100% fully resolved and settled as of 06/25/2024.Kind RegardsDJ Thielen

In addition I never accept checks for closing settlements..

It took a year and a half and a lot of work, as well as significantly more dollars than I was insured for.We had a slip and fall medical claim a few years ago that resulted in a settlement of over $200,000.

Then we are no longer bound by the NAR settlement.

The surviving spouse (not on the lien) tried to file a claim for the fire, but was denied and settlement (complex situation). 

We’re in the business of closing deals, not wasting money on title searches, time, etc. for files that don’t get to settlement. 

I know HUD only contributes $1,500 towards a junior lien settlement, but if the junior lien holder does not want to settle would HUD allow the buyer  to pay off the junior lien out of their own pocket?
