I can back that statement up with hard financial data to prove it.Secondly, I know of several areas in So Cal that have provided the opportunity for positive cash flows, but they are typically well outside the major metropolitan areas in inside the desert areas (Antelope Valley, Bakersfield, Fresno, etc. just to name a few.).

That being said, even the worst CA deal (desert or rural Nor Cal) is still more appealing to me.

@Larry Smet    I know I did I was going to make another post and mention that but forgot toI owned a couple place's in Kelowna BC and love it up there and when I am in the desert I see many BC and especially Alberta plates I almost bought development in fort MacMurray about 12 years ago.
