I AM NOT AN ATTORNEY but I think the point was that, after a tenant has been there for 5 years, they are protected if they can cite medical conditions like anxiety (in addition to being over 65, or handicapped).

@Joe Splitrock a recent story I read about someone escalating a situation was when a guy in Florida got into an argument with someone over a handicapped parking spot (they were parked illegally in it).

It's very niche, but the house is fully equipped for handicap access — typically split level house custom built with one main level, stair lifts to basement, wheel chair lift in garage, wide halls/doorways, railings throughout house, etc.
