Before I was an attorney I was (and still am) a CA real estate broker, needless to say I have an big interest in real estate. 

Needless to say, I found this episode quite enlightening and inspiring. 

Needless to say this really is a Treasure House!

Needless to say, the walls didn’t come out flush.

One of the properties that I currently have under contract already has a tenant in place so I guess focusing on searching for more properties that need less work would probably be a good route to go in order for me to keep up my momentum... anyhow, thanks for asking the question....

I won't go on a rant about my agent, but its needless to say that I probably wont use her again.

Majority of the homes we placed offers on had just went on the MLS the same day, and they flew off the shelves just like that. needless to say, we were pressed against time since we had to transfer and relocate by a certain date.

I'm not sure the final resolution as that isn't my part of the job, but needless to say the municipality is doing this everyday somewhere and they aren't just going around paying the maximum they possibly can.

So if you need less than that done then you'll spend less per square foot obviously.Now again I think this is highly dependent on what you know and who you have relationships with.
