I have re-iterated to all roommates and other tenants in the building to call the police if he becomes threatening or aggressive. 

I've since memorized them but that's from thousands of iterations.

It's an incremental process as your first iterations of your financial model will be outside of market reality.

I re-iterated few times that I absolutely need the house empty asap, but given the social issues with virus, I decided to accomodate.

People want to be isolated.Another iteration that I experienced was a lady who took luxury apartments and rented them as interim corporate or relocation housing.  

Switch it up, language of the next iteration can piggy back on the previous mailers language but definitely has to be a sort of continuation of the conversation, not the same thing over and over again. 

This survey will be interesting to see in its next iteration, as Covid will no doubt have influenced future decision making.
