I love aviation, so if I can utilize my real estate to sustain my day-to-day living and fly charters or ferry flights for fun, I'll take that path all day!  

Right now, I'm a web dev / programmer in the aviation industry.

I'm currently a contractor for an aviation company and make $25/hr.

I'm a contractor for a large aviation company and make pretty good money (tax break until November 2017 - make about $1,200 - $1,500 bring home per week).

I even mentioned that we are creating more jobs in health care, and we are creating more jobs in aviation.

I begin college next month to pursue my Bachelors in Aviation Science along with my Commercial Pilot Licence.

In the military I was an aviation electrician so I am familiar with electrical work.

There will be some dropouts, but the vast majority will complete the program, get their Naval Aviator Wings, and move on to other assignments / locations. 

I recently introduced my Uncle to this site as he and I are exploring purchasing a rental property for his son to live in while attending Rock Creek Community College/Hillsboro Aviation program.

I need these to be successful for me to continue.I hope to be a valuable member of the community and I anticipate learning a significant chunk of what I need to know about REI'ing from this community.Personally, I really enjoy general aviation, but I haven't decided yet if I am a Cessna or Piper person.
