Looking to take a leap in Knoxville, TN area

Hi BP,

I have been doing what I can in my limited free time to educate myself on making the jump to commercial/multi-family investing. I have several SFH, but the real money to be made appears to come from the bigger projects

At the moment, I'm serving on Active Duty overseas and will be separating and moving to Knoxville, TN between Feb and Mar 2018. I would love the chance to start building a network through BP of REI's and professionals who are in need of assistance or just an extra hand. I will happily exchange my time for your opportunities and experience that can help guide me in the right direction to growing.

I am not quite sure where exactly to start in the process of evaluating prospective properties or if I am doing it right. I love spreadsheets, so of course my computer is littered with them to help me calculate numbers.  If I can work under someone's wing to learn not only how to analyze, but all other aspects of this game, I would be ecstatic!
