After visually inspecting the property, I am not impressed with the upkeep up to this point.

The reason I mentioned this is most times, the operator can see visually what was getting jetted down.

Its hard to visualize without seeing a floor plan.  

Serves as a great visual motivator to where I want to be down the road.     

when you go he has a home deconstructed on stage.. wall panels roof panels elect plumbing etc etc.. and he brings in expert sub contractors and has moduals to walk through how to deal with each part of rehabbing a home.. its really quite indepth and for those of us that are visual .. you can't learn this by reading on line.. you could go buy a rehabber house and try to wing it.. 

. - I love the graph, It puts into easy visual perspective the cyclical patterns of the economy (recessions every 10 years for the last 50 years) and how it hasn't affected interest rates in a negative way...
