With any luck and a little discussion you might be able to find As for using Legal Zoom versus a local Attorney, I would recommend finding a competent local Real Estate Attorney as they know the in's and out's of the State and Local laws and regulations that apply to the area in which you are working.

All my tenants are M2M day one but if you have existing or inherited tenants most state regulations have term leases automatically become M2M at end of term.

Bottom line is you can jump through hoops to insure your HOA follows the proper procedure so they can legally enact the new regulations or you can move on when your tenants lease is up.
