I would also include something about the exterior- we have local ordinances about porch/yard furniture having to be outdoor furniture (to keep people from the classic couch on the porch), when and where to place garbage bins and recycling, and keeping the yard cleaned up (no garden or solo cups and beer bottles etc).  

Be sure to give them a deadline to fill it out as well.Let them know when trash and recycling is picked up and where to place it.

I agree with most of the comments above, the eagle does not play an important role in fact you could probably just use some variation of "green" "recycle" type icons and a home.

For any Canadians, Rona sells 20 letres of recycled paint for maybe 80 dollars if that.

We also made a move in quick tip sheet with phone #s for utilities, info on garbage/recycling, etc.  

Not over the top and they don't go straight to the recycle bin like a card from the management.
