For one of my classes, I need to interview someone in real estate for a story.

I say reportedly because, ironically, though I interviewed the founder on my podcast, I am not allowed to visit there since I raise money for my fund.

When interviewing them be sure you connect with one that is actively working with other investors (especially out-of-state ones) and that they have experience with rentals, flips, or any other specific exit strategy your wanting to focus on.

Make sure to do extensive interviews on your RE team wherever you decide to invest.

Ask these questions as you interview the companies you are considering. 

I'd probably interview real estate agents until I found one that I was comfortable with and I felt was capable of finding a potential house hack property.
