Umbrella insurance, a quick explanation would be nice, from what I understand it's just a bigger coverage for your property.

@Jim Shepard , BiggerPockets has an abbreviation list that puts a little blue line under any word with an explanation.

If I have the financial means to purchase an asset but lack the geographic proximity to live in the property, is there a way to structure a partnership to leverage the advantages of House Hacking and fulfill the residency requirement on my behalf?

My reports are pretty comprehensive with explanations and recommendations.

I am 60 years old right now and I have never been to the east of the Mississippi River so I can't tell anything geographically or location negatives.
