If it doesn't I'd expect the market here to collapse hard when we have another housing bust, like it did in the GFC.And yes I agree with the part of getting people to do what you paid them to do is difficult.

I just thought I'd chime in and mention that the Sault is heavily dependent on Essar Steel for jobs, and risks a collapsing economy if the plant were to ever shut down.

Good luck getting a little if your money back Market does not even have to go down, all that has to happen for him to collapse is his loans start amortizing (where the principal and the interest got to be paid monthly) he won’t make it on many of his properties- he is trying now to sell some of his old deals and if he gets out, there is no upside!
