Well, here is where analytical thinking comes into play.If people on these lists were motivated, why then does it take you 1000, 2000, 3000 mailers calls or texts to get one lousy deal?

. ;)  But as real estate investors it's our job to see things analytically and not emotionally. 

I'm new to BP but can already tell just from Analytics that I'm wasting money on AdWords, FB, LinkedIn, etc. bc BP is driving qualified leads to my site/company instead of tire kickers on other advertising mediums.

Rent Growth is doing well, in fact recently ranked #1 in the nation according to Moody Analytics Prelim 2019 Q4 Report. 110 million dollar Airport Renovation and job growth of almost 4% in the last 12 months according to Bureau of Labor Statistics.

Then you meet them at that point in their decision process.I noticed a lot of engineers and more analytical thinkers responded well to this.

To do this successfully takes A LOT of knowledge, experience, analytical ability, negotiating smarts and hard work.  

Last year we had 1,146 leads come in to my office. 60% came from direct mail. 40% came through my carrot site however according to Google Tag Manager/analytics more than half of those came from Direct Mail with our brand printed on it.

Also, any insight on management/analytics software that are particularly useful for analyzing/operating VR properties?

If you and your spouse-to-be are both analytical, number crunching people then sure there is no problem.

Have confidence in your analytical ability, and realize that a base hit or a double is how you win the long term game, they won't all be home runs,  and that's okay!
