Second if the discard was an accident and not his personal fire arm but a visitor...then I would let it slide after making a note in the file and having tenant sign that they understand that this is not something you or your owners want in there home.

Back when I was 16 years old, I had a business called Travel Aid for Cedar Point visitors in which I provided detailed instructions on how to bypass the main entrance and use alternative routes, which included the chaussee!

I bought out my sister's ownership and renovated the whole property heavily while renting it out by the room averaging $400-$2000/month depending on occupancy rate (later stopped 'multi-family' rental model since against HOA rules and got caught by our president when the number of tenants got out of hand + visitors on weekends etc).

I think Duluth is a great destination, at least for Minnesotans but I think it has some events that draw year round visitors. 

While I typically ignore these lists (even the ones that we do make), it got me thinking that we only have slightly over 4,000 likes on Facebook right now...For a site with 110,000 members and close to 1/2 million visitors last month, I think we can do better!
