Now addicted to podcasts and browsing forums.

I was eating dinner today and browsing listings on Redfin and I came across this quadplex in the Ghent/Park Place neighborhood of Norfolk (don't quite know the neighborhoods yet).This listing looks too good to be true.

I'm thinking something more hands on than just reading book after book and browsing the forums.

If so... single dads likely need groceries from time to time, and they love to browse those boards for new project vehicles, yard tools, or other things to fill the garage with.

My wife and I would browse daily for properties anytime we saw something I contacting listing agent to confirm viewing and went.

Haven't met with an agent yet, but browsing zillow sales and foreclosures very few seem to be panning out numbers wise.

I have been browsing the posts and listening to the podcasts for a few weeks now. 

I've been lurking on Bigger Pockets for a while now, browsing the forums and listening to the podcast (I'm on show 103 now), and if I've learned anything here it's that I'll never succeed if I don't start.
