Niche Marketing for my Hobby Farm STR

I may have found my niche for the guest apartment on my hobby farm -- divorced Dads who need something fun to do on the weekends they have custody of the kids! I just put my rental on-line in late August. My daughter had been staying in the apartment until she decided to relocate, and so she delayed the start of the STR. I was not expecting any takers this late in the season -- but I put it online since I had already paid for the extra insurance. Two takers so far -- both divorced parents with kids who want to play with the goats and chickens! One is even local, he just wanted something fun and different to do with the kids.

Any ideas on how to market to this niche?
