I have been browsing the forums for a while but figured it was time to give a formal introduction.

I am a real estate investor located in Toronto Canada / Atlanta Georgia. I travel back and forth a lot and i am currently coming across a great number of deals in the Atlanta area from motivated home sellers. Any local investors in Atlanta willing to network? Would love to chat.
