if a tenant dies in the unit you can take it out pressure wash the spot out and reinstall it .. and if A pit bull craps on the thing for a year it will clean up and blend in with the color !

(daughter isnt wifes kid) since they have moved in they have been extremely disrespectful cursing and screaming at my children for no reason grandmother has pulled everything out of the house and pressure washed it even electronics(so insane o know) and left it out there for almost a week.

If they would be purchasing a new (hopefully less expensive) house, then perhaps the agent who would help them buy the home would be willing to list the property at a wash.

It didn't look like a lot but we ended up have 20 bags of garbage, had to wash the floors and I will have to remove the sink and it took me and my mom about 6 hours to get it all cleaned up.1.
