Should I get a new realtor?
I emailed my realtor 3 days ago saying I wanted to put an offer on a property. He said he could talk tomorrow AND he's looking into the property for another client as well. Can he represent both of us fairly?
Thanks,
Pam

If you wanted to put an offer in THREE days ago and he said he could meet with you TOMORROW, I'd find another realtor. Waiting 4 days to put in an offer is not good.
