I'm studying Electrical Engineering, I really like it and I'm pretty sure I can get a job and decent salary out of school 65k+ and immediately start throwing as much as possible into investments(In an area where Home prices are lower than average in the U.S.).

Most of the time they would just throw your sign away anyways instead of doing anything to you.I did read that any sign needs to not violate TILA ( truth in lending act) as far disclosures.If the agent says anything else to you ask for the specific language from HUD as to what they are talking about.

A broker knowing what you are looking for Is like a needle in a hay stack could look for months and months and not find it as people are throwing out multiple offers.Buyers have to be ready, willing, and able to buy AND I will add realistic.
