Hello from new member in Oregon

Hello,

My name is Bill Horton, I'm in my late 20's and just getting started in real estate investment. I have worked with family on investing in small office buildings but plan to start on my own investing in SFR's and multi-family properties. I'm not sure where yet since the Portland market doesn't seem too great for cash flow on residential properties though.

I look forward to meeting you all and have already learned a ton by reading articles and forums here.
