What technology are they using to show the house.

I currently work in the technology field and have had an interest in multifamily rentals ever since my wife showed me the potential of real estate about a year ago.

Most people don't want to be burdened with complicated technology on their vacation which is why emails has seemed to work so well I think (for my properties at least).But to answer your technology question, there are a lot of options you can use to 'feed' to your tablet. 

I used to be passionate about technology... until I found a new passion (real estate), and then the 9-5 started to feel like a "job" and "work".

No new marketing technology, nothing innovative.

Pair that with a diversified economy that's being driven red-hot by the concentration of technology companies...I don't know much about Seattle, but NY is my back yard.

We get a lot of young people, so they generally tend to understand the technology, but I've had the same types of calls.  

However, I'm a major volunteer of Information Technology professional services to a local non-profit Christian school for the last 13 years.
